Another musical date night is here!

After work, we meet up again, and go for a stroll through the PATH towards the Easton Centre area. Tonight for dinner, we were deciding between Salad King or spot named Saku. We decided to try something new, and so Saku it is. This place is known for their varieties of katsu, and who doesn’t love that. They’re also known to be busy, so we thought it would be good to have a backup if the wait was too long. Fortunately for us, we got a table right away!

It was a tough choice, but we decided to share the platter. It offered a variety of katsu choices, and allowed us to try a bit of everything being offered at Saku. It also included unlimited rice, soup, and salad.

And here’s our dinner! Doesn’t look that big in the pictures, but we were both very full at the end. We also ordered a side of curry sauce, and this was a great decision! Their curry was very flavourful, and went very well with the platter we ordered.

After dinner, it’s time to head over to the theatre.

We had great seats for tonight’s show! First row in the balcony, right in the middle of the theatre!

The show was good, with all original songs. We had no idea what the musical was about, going into it. But it all started to make sense! Neither of us would put this at the top of our list, but it was still a very enjoyable night for us both.
