Here we go! Our third Blue Jays game of the 2026 season, and it's another giveaway day! Today, it's a Hello Kitty Bobblehead!

Arrival time was pretty hard to plan for this one. The Blue Jays haven't been doing well, and according to reddit threads, excitement for some of the later giveaway days have been hit or miss. This one was particularly tough to gauge though, as this wasn't just a Blue Jays giveaway, but had to factor in the Hello Kitty following as well. We decided to play it safe, and planned to arrive around 10am. Fortunately, we were safe! very safe! While the line presented as pretty long, the crowd of people in the lineup was pretty spaced out. As we joined the line, we started at the middle of the bridge. Then after a short while, security told the line to spread across 2 lines. We got ourselves a bit closer1

As security started to compress people into a denser lineup, we found ourselves under the overhang of Gate 2. This was also after we came back with some lunch! An XXL Pizza, along with Iced Capps! Now that we're under the overhang, security no longer allowed the open camp chairs, so Kinson kindly brought them back to the car.

Shortly after we finished eating, gates are now open! The Hello Kitty theme even extended to the ticket scanning machines.

We first went and found some space field side, and took some pics with our new acquisitions. The Rogers Centre also put together custom animations for the Jumbotron!

After this, we decided to line up for the Jays shop. Didn't even think about this in advance. There would likely be Blue Jays x Hello Kitty collab merch in the shop! and hence the line up to get into the shop was CRAZY! The line snaked around, to the ramp, and up to the 200 level! But it went pretty quick, and we were in and people in here were Crazy! Here's a couple of the items that were available.

After the shop, we walked around to see the different Hello Kitty stations/activities that had been setup.

We also found our way to the Hello Kitty Hair Salon, where we could get some tinsel extensions and a Hello Kitty hair clip. I opted for just the hair clip, but everyone else did tinsel & hairclip, including Kinson!

Wincy also really wanted the soft serve ice cream in a helmet bowl, so we got some of that!

We almost missed the first pitch! Naturally, Hello Kitty was throwing it!

And now, to find our seats! We were cheap, so 500 level we go! View was still quite decent, given how far up we were

Then between one of the innings, we got a performance from DJ Hello Kitty! or as Leia says, the REAL Hello Kitty!

After the game, time to head to dinner! It took a while to get out of the downtown core. Traffic was pretty bad. Every 30 seconds, another set of sirens! For dinner, we head over to a KBBQ spot called Jongro. Needless to say, it was a protein packed dinner!

Another great day, with great company! Thanks Yvonne and Kinson for joining us for another Blue Jays game!
